OK BOTS LLC (“OK BOTS,” “we”) operates ok-bots.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit our service request form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, the type of help you need, how urgent it is, and your message.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. We also use Jetpack Stats for basic visit counts.
- Spam protection. Form submissions are checked by Akismet (Automattic Inc.), which receives the submitted content and your IP address to detect spam.
- Bot protection. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from people. Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this check.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, provide and quote services, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and our business: our web host, our email provider, Google (analytics), and Automattic (spam filtering and site services). We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for 12 months, then deleted, unless they become part of an ongoing customer relationship.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@ok-bots.com. We respond within 30 days.
